ANTIDOTE TO WORRY

Bathtub buffet

Bathtub snack: Ham, aged gouda, fresh multi-grain bread, spinach, arugula, mushrooms and strawberries.

And to wash away any lingering woes, red wine from Chile.

Before your bath, why not work out at your treadmill desk? Burning calories aren’t the only benefits!

I’ve been worried about choking, ever since Mama Cass died from choking on a sandwich. Sometimes I fall asleep in the tub; hence, I worry about drowning while taking a bath. And yes, phones, lightening storms scare me too when I’m in the tub.

Thanks for reminding me of all these hazards.

  • OMG, I must be a bigger worrywart then you are! Just reading about eating in the tub makes me gag with fear of choking and then drowning! Even if I had a phone near the tub (which I do), I’d probably drop it in the tub and get electrocuted — or such a bad shock I pass out and drown! A (plastic) glass of wine in the tub is another matter — I can go for that!
